Pesticide seminar for forest managers

Confor is supporting a series of regional one-day updating crop protection seminars for forest managers and owners during April and May.


The seminars will be led by Confor crop protection adviser Colin Palmer and will include:

• Implications of latest regulation
• Avoiding environmental harm
• Operator safety
• Control of Hylobius (tree weevil) and other insect pests
• Best application practice
• Advances in weed control

The seminar for the south east region will take place at Farnham in Surrey on Wednesday 23rd April.

Courses run from 10am to 4.30pm.  The cost is £65.00 (no VAT) per delegate. 
Each course will be limited to 25 attendees.
